Курс по iChat - черный экран

Здравствуйте. Почему-то есть баг, о котором автор не говорит. При появлении изначального MainViewController возникает на секунду черный экран. Это происходит из-за асинхронного вызова замыкания в SceneDelegate. Как это можно исправить?
